Abstract

The current rapid development of technology allows all tertiary institutions to utilize information systems to support their operations, such as the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology. Through the Central Information System Unit (PSI), the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology can develop and manage ICT (Information and Communication Technology) so that it can easily manage various kinds of data and information. However, it should be noted that currently digital information is an important asset that needs to be protected from various kinds of adverse risks. But unfortunately the application of information asset risk management at the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology has not been implemented properly. From these problems, the researcher aims to find out the process of managing the security of information assets in tertiary institutions through a risk assessment of the information assets they have. To achieve this goal the research method used refers to the Octave Allegro framework and the FMEA method is used to assess the risk of information assets. The results of this study indicate that the ABC Institute of Technology has 11 important assets which are divided into 5 categories, namely: Data, Hardware, Network, Software, People. Of the eleven assets, six of them have a high level of risk. From these findings it can be concluded that universities also need to manage information security. These results also indicate that the method used by researchers is very helpful in determining the risk of the value of information assets owned by the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology. So that the combination of the Octave Allegro method with the FMEA method is very effective in helping organizations carry out information security management.

Abstract

The amount of competition in the business world, especially in the sales industry, required developers to find a strategy that could increase sales and marketing of products sold, one of which was using clothing sales data with data mining. Data Mining was an iterative and interactive process to find new patterns or models that can be generalized for the future, valuable, and understandable in a massive database. HAS Stores in the arrangement of goods layout still place goods according to groups and types of goods, so that it has an impact on service and item search when consumers want to buy more than one item and are located far apart. Therefore, this study aims to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to find out the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. This study uses the Association Rule method by utilizing the FP-Growth Algorithm. This study aimed to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to determine the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. Through the mining process with the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern Growth) algorithm, the types of clothes sold will be obtained, and how much inventory the store needs to provide the clothing stock. The results showed that the most sold clothing products were Gamis and Jilbab through the calculation of support 53,33% and confidence 100%. Regarding these results, marketing strategies can be focused on the product and set a layout that customers can easily see.

Abstract

PT.TASPEN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) assigned by the Government to administer social insurance and pension funds with the aim of improving the welfare of civil servants or participants and their families, both while still active and after retirement. In daily reporting activities at the PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto company, input will be made to the system during the activity. If the Prototype Design results are satisfactory, PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees can develop to the next stage, namely making the application and no longer need to use Microsoft Excel to report every day and of course it makes it very easy for users to input their daily reports into the application. The combination of these two methodologies helps in creating designs on the PT. TASPEN KC PURWOKERTO application that are of high quality and according to user needs. Problems that exist in the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto still uses Microsoft excel, the lack of supporting applications for daily reporting in fulfilling existing activities at the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto. The main purpose of this design is to simplify the daily reporting process for PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees and ensure that the daily reports are accurate and timely. Design Thinking is used to understand and meet the needs of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method contains 26 types of questions, where each question has a scale of 1 to 7. In terms of attractiveness, the average score obtained is 1.99 and get excellent category. Clarity gets an average score of 1.82 and is categorized as good. Efficiency gets an average score of 1.80 in the good category, accuracy gets a score of 1.75 in the excellent category, while stimulation gets a score of 1.90 in the excellent category, and lastly, novelty gets an average score of 1.84 in the excellent category. From the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the design of the application is positively assessed by employees, because it has a pleasant, good, safe, comfortable, attractive design, and is easy for users to use. Based on these results, a daily reporting application system for employees of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto will be designed and then an evaluation of the application system for daily employee performance reports will be carried out

Abstract

There are many theories and methods that can be used to evaluate information systems. For example TAM, Wixom and Todd, DeLone and McLean, etc. These models are not suitable to evaluate information systems that are implemented in mandatory environments where the users have to use the system whether they prefer to use it or not. This study aims to explore the variables that can affect the level of use of SIASAT (Satya Wacana Academic Information System). This research was carried out to find out how significant the influence of the factors that can influence SIASAT users. This study using BSR (Behavioral Science Research) approach with quantitative methods through data collection using questionnaire. For data analysis, statistical analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4 software. Based on the results of the study it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between performance expectations and user attitudes in SIASAT usage. This can be seen from the relationship between the variables PE -> AT which has the highest T-Statistic value, 24,877. Variabel with highest effect is the Information Satisfaction variable with an R-Square value of 0.655. Of the eight hypotheses tested, it was concluded that six of them were accepted and two were rejected. This is because the two hypotheses using the Use variable with a Cronbach's Alpha value below 0.7 (0.576) these variables considered unreliable thus two hypotheses are rejected.

Abstract

Company Refers to a business entity or organization established by one or several individuals with the intention of producing or selling goods or services with the aim of making a profit. In helping to increase company sales by promoting new products or services to customers and establishing better relationships with existing customers, a teleservice representative is needed. A teleservice representative is a customer service professional who works via a remote communication device such as a telephone, email or text message. . To achieve this, they must have the criteria of Experience, Good Negotiation, Communication Articulation, Interpersonal and Confidence. The presence of a Teleservice Representative is very important for the company in ensuring that the quality of customer service is continuously improved and customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. So companies must make the right selection of teleservice representatives because teleservice representatives have a very vital role for the company because they are a direct line in providing superior customer service and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. To solve problems in the selection of teleservice representatives, an information system is needed, namely a decision support system (SPK). In this study, the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and ROC weighting are applied, which are methods that can be used to make decisions and produce values on selection weights in the selection of teleservice representatives. so that the alternative that produces the selection of teleservice representatives, which can be seen in table 10, is alternative A4, namely Nisa Fadillah with a value of 1.0000

Abstract

Each cake shop certainly has its own website that can be used to order cakes and of course has its own advantages and disadvantages which can be used as an assessment of the quality of the application, such as the types of cakes provided vary at more affordable prices and even the existence of discounted prices makes consumers more interested in ordering cakes online. The large number of these applications makes service users confused about choosing a better application among the good ones, therefore a study was made that discussed techniques for solving these problems using a decision support system. In this study, there are two methods used in the SPK method, including the ROC method which is used as an arrangement of weights of importance on five features that are used as rules which include application usability, Rating Reviews, Promos (Discounts), Cake Menu and Handling Fees. The second method is the Multiobjective Optimization on the Basis of Simple Ratio Analysis (MOOSRA) method which will be used to select 8 online cake ordering applications by ranking each alternative based on predetermined criteria. The final result after applying the two SPK methods is that Akul cake delivery is declared the best online cake delivery application with a preference value of 38.012.

Abstract

The Advertising Tax Information System is a system developed to assist the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency in managing advertisement tax data and information. This study aims to overcome the problems that exist in the current advertisement tax management system, where the advertisement tax payment process is still manual and inefficient, and difficulties in tracking advertisement tax payments and ensuring that all payments are made on time, therefore it takes a system that can control it all using information technology. Through this system, billboard tax payments can be made online and tax data can be managed more efficiently and accurately. This research uses a system development method using a prototype and is complemented by system analysis and design. The result of this research is a billboard tax information system that is able to simplify the payment process and tax data management, and has succeeded in increasing the accuracy of billboard tax data by 25%, from 80% to 95%. This system is expected to provide benefits for the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency and taxpayers in terms of time and cost efficiency which can make it easier for taxpayers, admins, and leaders to properly carry out registration, reporting, extension, and closing advertisement taxes

Abstract

The development of information technology in Indonesia is growing rapidly in various existing sectors, including the tourism sector. The tourism sector is a sector in the field of government that has a great opportunity to increase the country's foreign exchange. The Government of Pemalang Regency through the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office (DISPARPORA) of Pemalang Regency has implemented website-based information technology to disseminate information about tourism and culinary objects in Pemalang Regency. This study aims to evaluate and redesign the website from a front-end perspective. Completeness of website content is still the main problem on the Pemalang Regency Tourism website. The User Centered Design (UCD) method was used in developing the design in this study, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was applied for evaluation. Evaluation was carried out twice to 96 respondents, where the first evaluation obtained an average SUS score of 67.43 and the second evaluation was 75.84. The results of this study proved that there was an increase in the average SUS score of 8.41, which means that the design improvements on the website can be well received by users

Abstract

This study explores the application of graph clustering in identifying and analyzing the shortest traffic-related routes. Graph clustering groups points (vertices) based on road attributes. The DBSCAN method and ant algorithm are applied to classify vertices based on traffic intensity and find the optimal shortest path. This case study focuses on the Tangerang Selatan region, resulting in three clusters and identifying seven noises. Two of the three clusters are selected to calculate the shortest distance, resulting in the sequence [7, 6, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 5] and a distance of 0.2526. This research provides insights into how to graph clustering can be used to optimize traffic routes and is expected to serve as a foundation for further exploration

Abstract

Potato plants are one of the plants that are included in horticultural commodities that are widely cultivated by farmers. Potatoes are the part produced from this plant and are the fourth largest agricultural food crop in the world after corn, wheat and rice. Potato plants are susceptible to attacks by various diseases in the leaf area, resulting in delays in potato production. This disease can be recognized by farmers visually, because the infected leaves have a different color and texture from healthy or fresh leaves. However, it was found that detection using the naked eye by farmers required more processing time and often gave inappropriate results. Methods in the field of image processing can be applied, namely by using pattern recognition or characteristics from the image of diseased potato leaves. Through this technique it is hoped that it can detect diseases on potato leaves correctly and accurately. Based on this description, this study aims to design a Convolution Neural Network (CNN) model and evaluate the performance of two architectures, namely DenseNet 121 and MobileNet. From the results of research conducted by the author on potato leaf disease images, it shows that the MobileNet algorithm is better than the DenseNet 12 algorithm. The MobileNet algorithm produces an accuracy of 98.00%, therefore the MobileNet algorithm has better performance for image classification of potato leaf disease
